We use recent insights from neuroscience to explore how we work with productively with the hope, fears, motivations and biases of people - heading off, and managing, resistance to change.

The art of visionary leadership is a cornerstone of great transformation.

You will learn how to create a motivating future that can engage diverse groups of people and how to create and maintain a sense of drive and ambition that will energise your transformation.

Politics, power and conflict

Transformation challenges the status quo and often where power lies. It is often intensely political.

Successful transfromations have to be built around the specific history, culture and needs of an organisation. We help you design a bespoke transformation for your own organisation and build a 'healthy transformation dashboard' to track and guide your journey to ultimate success.

Women in Leadership

Despite improving representation of women at the most senior levels, progress to the top for women is still constrained by a “broken rung”. The biggest obstacle women face on their path is often the first step up to management. This programme will help build your skills and confidence to take that all important step into leadership.

Developing Self Awareness

Self awareness is the first step to personal growth. How do you come across to others? What are your inner strengths and qualities? What aspects of your personality do you overplay in some situations? How do you react to stress and conflict? What aspects of your behaviour would you like to bring more to the fore?

Working in small groups of 6-8 people we work in a dynamic and engaging way to help you uncover and make the most your own unique style, and help you build positive relationships at work . We use the tool Lumina Spark for your own personalised and customised personality profile.

 

Influencing Skills

This very practical programme will help you to plan for and develop the skills to influence a specific work-related situation.

Building on the best available research, the programme builds skills in :

  • creating the trust required to allow others to be open to influence

  • choosing the right influencing tactics for the situation

  • creating your influencing strategy, taking into account the different types of power within organisations

 

Facilitation skills

How can I facilitate meetings and workshops like a pro?

Part 1 of the programme develops understanding of the core models of facilitation and the skills and qualities great facilitators need to develop. Part 2 explores how to design a successful event, the practical tips for running a successful event and the principles of how to deal with difficult situations.

The programme is a stimulating mix of building core knowledge and exercises that provide real time feedback and guidance on your development as a facilitator.
