Coaching through transitions

Coaching is especially helpful in times of transition. You may be preparing for that all-important promotion, or you may have taken on a new role and need support to help you grow into it.

Or, it could be your organisation going through a transition, and you need engage your own and your team’s energy for a new future.

Whatever the transition, working with a coach will enable you to embrace new realities and equip yourself for the challenges ahead, so you can face the future with confidence, feeling well resourced and resilient.

Our Coaching Approach

Our coaches bring together skillful coaching support and business experience to support your development.

We draw on a wide range of approaches and are equally comfortable working in a non-directive way to develop your own thinking, as well as offering tools, models and frameworks to help you move forward.

We use psychometric tools, typically Lumina Spark and MBTI, to help you discover your innate strengths and talents and develop your own personal brand of leadership.

The ‘Contract’

We strongly believe that coaching needs to be set up for success. Getting the contract right from the outset is a key element in getting value from coaching. We follow best practice for organisational coaching, setting up a three way agreement between the coach, the organisation (this could include the sponsor and /or the budget holder) and the ‘coachee’. As coaches we will want to clarify the organisational as well as individual aims for the coaching. We would normally contract in blocks of six sessions, to be carried out every 4-6 weeks, in a confidential environment.
